Philippine Football Team Azkals Baguio Training

The Philippine Football Team Azkals adapt to the cold in their third day of the training session to continue their six-day training in Baguio City and Benguet.

German coach Hans Michael Weiss, the coach of the national Filipino, said the team had a very good education compared to colder weather in Manila, which is at least 10-15 degrees lower.

The Azkals Pinikpikan defeats Baguio, the selection of football players in the city of Baguio, in a match in the soccer field of the Benguet State University yesterday with a score of 9 -1.

Azkals education are mountainous area in preparation for the snowy weather conditions in Mongolia in the second match to continue the Asian Football Federation (AFC) Cup.

Weiss added that altitude training here will allow the adaptation of athletes to the cold weather in Ulan Bator in Mongolia, on March 15.

After their training here, the team is to return to Manila on Saturday night and then travel to Japan to continue his training in cold weather.

Weiss added that it is difficult to travel from their quarters in Baguio Country Club at BSU because of the traffic situation.

National will play for the team's choice of Benguet on Saturday before their departure, and Manila.
